Raisex exchange was launched in 2017 back in Malta. Raisex is a decentralized exchange that has also stopped its operations for over a long while now. For over a year, the daily trading volume of the exchange has been $0. I tried to create an account on this exchange but the website of the exchange wasnt opening, as i kept recieving an error message stating that my connection wasnt secure, so i just backed off. Well, from my personal research, Raisex exchange used to allow users to engage in spot amd margin trading although there is no clear information as to whether thr exchange supports OTC trading or not. The user interface, cannot be described because the exchange isn't accessible any longer. Raisex had listed about 74 cryptocurrencies and digital tokens during its time as an active exchange. There was no news from this exchange before its prior shut down, hence it is advisable to tag it scam and stay away from it
