raisex exchange.was created in 2017 in malta, it is decentralized and was a very good platform because it supports users with low transaction fees and the platform was very organized as at when it was created
This project was known for good but after a while the trading pairs was no longer active and many people have withdrawn their funds from this exchange
A good exchange is suppose to last long for people to trust it but in the case of this exchange it was not a good project so it has to be shut down permanently. There is no information about what the developers ment when they close the platform
Mostly the security of this platform is very bad because it is not safe for people who is very dependent on this exchange. Many income of people who don't even know anything about dis platform will loose drastically. In this case there is no advice for anyone with larger resources to come into this platform because it will be of no gain to that person.
