A useful exchange, but there are some problems with withdrawals
RightBTC is a digital asset and cryptocurrency exchange that allows you to trade Bitcoin and a variety of other cryptocurrencies. Because the mobile trading website isn't very suitable for trading, the exchange is better used on a PC. Because the exchange only supports English and Chinese, we cannot fully describe it as a multilingual exchange.
Supporting only English and Chinese is insufficient for an exchange wishing to service the international market. The exchange charges customers a 0.2 percent takers fee and a 0.1 percent makers cost. The difference in fees has helped the exchange introduce liquidity.
In terms of customer service, the exchange falls short; most of the time, when I message the support team, I receive no answer; other times, I receive a response three to five days after sending a message, resulting in a low customer service rating. I'm not sure if this exchange employs SSL encryption because it uses cold storage to ensure that users' money are kept secure and safe.
