Although, the support group of this exchange were active before, but recently, they seems to be inactive. As it takes time before they can even respond to a user's complaints.
Sato exchange charges high trading fees, which makes too expensive for some traders to afford.
Also, the supported currencies on this exchange are very few and limited.
Sato exchange started well but recently, it has backslide. This platform might be on its way to shutting down. Their website is now difficult to access.
