A good exchange but specified services
Tauros Exchange is a South American exchange specifically meant for traders from Mexico, Spain and other south American countries. It was founded as a centralized exchange in 2019. Being a Mexican exchange, it also accepted fiat currencies and as such, allowed for payment via various fiat payment method like credit cards and debit cards. Interestingly, this exchange provides its users with debit cards for ease of online transactions. But the unfortunate incident is that the exchange seemed to be in only Spanish making it hard for me to understand and use it services. The exchange looks good and legit for sure but I cannot guarantee you of its transparency and trustworthiness.
