TideBit is an exchange seems to he exclusively for traders from HongKong, China, Thailand, Taiwan and English Traders. The exchange originated from HongKong with no US investors in mind. Well, the services offered by this Exchange are clearly restricted to Asians alone as the exchange only comes in only English, Chinese, Taiwan. I came across the fee schedule on he exchange, it spanned from 0.3% for makers and takers to 0.1% fir makers and takers though the fee isn't constant for every trading pair. The fee structure isn't really favourable for traders even the withdrawal fee is very high, imagine being charged a fee of 0.003 BTC per withdrawal. I have put out my ID documents out for verification for over 72 hours and i am still awaiting approval till now!
