Trading with Tidex....
Tidex allows it users to purchase and sell cryptocurrency and assets. It was launched in 2017. It is an online exchange platform. I started using Tidex since early 2019, though not actively but my little experience is what I'll be talking about. Tidex is a web based trading platform for exchanging, buying and selling of cryptocurrencies or assets. The user interface on this platform is quite satisfying. This exchange platform trades alot of popular currencies like Bitcoin, ethereum, bitcoin cash. But I deal mostly with ethereum so this was a perfect exchange for me to try out and trade on. The security features on Tidex are very actually optimum with use of two factor authentication. Trading with Tidex attracts a trading fee of 0.1% for both parties that are trading/exchanging. The mode of withdrawals and deposit is based on only cryptocurrencies which is Ethereum (or probably bitcoin). The fees that accompany withdrawals and trading are very low and affordable. Tidex's customer support should be greatly reviewed and attended to because it might take weeks before you are attended to and given a response, in short, Tidex's customer support is inefficient. The fact that it is a web based platform is a major headache because it is posing a great security risk of being hacked. Personally, I'll suggest that the developers work on creating a mobile app.

- Since it is web based, Tidex can be hacked.
- It doesn't have a mobile app, this is a very huge disadvantage.
- The support team is fair.
