Allowing a user purchase and sell bitcoin,Tidex has proven to be a world class trading or exchange platform it was launched in 2017,but I started using it November 2018. Over the period of time with which I used Tidex,I have observed that Tidex is relentless in its strive to satisfy users from its welcoming user interface to its security. Tidex to me,is a top notch exchange platform as it trades in popular coins such as Ethereum and Bitcoin. This might be a disadvantage to some users who can't afford the current price of Bitcoin therefore I would like to make an appeal to the Tidex user response team to look into users enquiry and see that the limitations to the types of tradable currencies is eradicated. Though top notch,its user response team or customer support is very inactive and does not always respond to
Apart from this problem it is generally a good exchange platform as the trading fee is averagely affordable. Its security is very much appreciated for it doesn't allow for user impersonation and account theft. It makes use of the two-factor-authentification to ensure user safety and security
