My review about Tokocrypto
Hello to everyone. I will write to you today about Tokocrypto. Tokocrypto is a crypto exchange created in Indonesia in 2017. I have previously researched and wrote reviews about many crypto exchanges created in Indonesia. Honestly, Tokocrypto does not differ much from other exchanges. I think the main reason for this is that the exchange does not make innovations. As I have written in my other reviews, one of the biggest things people want to see in a exchange is innovation, so the exchange should often improve itself and try to serve people better.
If we look at customer comments about the exchange on the Internet, we can see that most of what I wrote is correct. Also, I think exchange officials should pay more attention to customers' comments and complaints, because there are some complaints about the exchange, which are still unresolved. According to my research, the exchange only serves customers on its website, so there is no mobile application. I hope we will be able to see the mobile application of the exchange in the near future, as this will further increase people's interest in the exchange. - Very few customers and low customer satisfaction
- Does not innovate, it does not attract the attention of people because it is not different from other exchanges.
