I encountered some hitch trying to access this exchange website, the URL address seems not to be responding so I had to carry out some research to know if the exchange is still functioning .
Top BTC is a exchange that trades crypto currencies like LTC, ETH,BTC and the likes. Before this exchange was shut down it had a very low number of altcoin on its trade list .I wasn't able to gain access to this exchange despite all by attempt, I tried reaching the exchange through their social media accounts but it was to no avail,their Twitter account has even been deleted from the web. It is a p2p exchange that has a flat trade fee of 0.2% but I'm not so sure of their withdrawal fee, if they accepted both flats and crypto for deposits. This exchange has been trading for a long time and so I urge traders to be aware that the exchange is out of service.
