Easy to use but some problems with this exchange.
This is a crypto exchange that has a large community, with a trading platform similar to others in the industry, it has more than 211 cryptocurrencies, listed a few exotic ones that may interest some users.
Its trading platform is easy to use, it can be used for new users since it has a basic version for trading, it is extremely easy to adapt to your ecosystem.
It has good liquidity and a wide range of crypto assets available.
Its ecosystem is available for almost all services, for example Web, desktop and mobile application.
Highly competitive trading rates as they are similar to the industry average.
Now the main problems of this project are related to deposits and withdrawals since they usually take longer than normal, despite having the required confirmations, it is not processed until a few hours late. Technical support is slow and they only work from Monday to Friday. The minimum and maximum exchange amounts are high a new user could experience problems if he has a low volume
In general this exchange seems safe and has a good volume but personally I have had problems using it, I personally stay away from this service. But it is you who decides whether to trade here since it is one of the main exchanges in the industry

Hi, Luis. Good review and great to know about this exchange. I think, overall, it is a great project and has an excellent partnership. It offers good support for hundreds of cryptocurrencies, but it does not have the ideal support for customers when talking about technical issues, as you say. So, I think having that in mind is difficult to give it a sense of trustworthiness.
