A very easy to use app
The WhiteBIT app is super easy to use There is a desktop version, a website, and a mobile app with all the exchange features present and trading graphics adapted for the mobile screen. It has no bugs or errors, it works very properly. All the categories of the website are where they should be, the menu is very comfortable and intuitive. The site is in several languages, and the support or customer service is quite fast. I have never had to wait in the chat for more than 15 minutes, however, they usually respond in a few seconds in most cases. Not surprising, as they have over 4 million users from all over the world. They always have good trading volumes, and the prices of major cryptocurrencies are not manipulated.

Cons
- Customer service could be faster, but 15 min is an acceptable time given the number of users of the exchange.
