I loved the look of this product, I put a metal container and balls in it and let it heat up but when I thought the temperature was set it never stayed at that temperature for example, I would set it to 175 and would look at it and all of a sudden it dropped to 143 or something. Even if I didn't touch it for a few minutes, it kept changing temperature and never stayed at the desired temperature (see video). I think my wax warmer is broken. I was really excited about this but I think you get what you pay for :/
