8-way splitter works great

I built a new media center and installed it for all my cable TV connections. I plugged in all 8 sockets and they all provide amazing TV picture quality.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works perfectly. on AV Accessories

I was afraid it might reduce the signal on my devices, but if it did, it wasn't much. Now I have a TV, a DVR and an additional receiver on an OTA antenna in the attic with no amplifier.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Slightly dented

No complaints here.

Verizon just gave me a two-way splitter when I set up my internet at home. I needed to hook up all the wiring around the house so I bought this and it works great. No complaints here.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Crumpled

Works with Xfinity and is easy to install!

Added coax lines to my house and needed to upgrade my splitter from 4 porr to 6 porr. Works great with Comcast Xfinity cable. Make sure your main wire going into your house is in the entry port and the endpoints are in other connection points.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Minor issues

Simple enough, the best in audio and video accessories

Added. TV in bedroom so we needed a new splitter. There is no noticeable difference in picture quality with a different TV or internet quality. However, the picture quality could be better with a new TV. There seem to be a few "ghosts".

Pros
  • Audio and video accessories
Cons
  • Available in white only

Barbadian in the Tech World Buying a Splitter

The last of these splitters was installed in 1997 when I bought my current home. The picture on our TV didn't show up at all so I bought this dsplitter to replace the original. The installation is really designed for "blind people without hands” ie Real Easy.Omce installed I set the TV to look for a cable. channels and voila, we have a perfect picture again. This is not a problem. There is. cheaper $5 units but for an additional $2.50 I felt more secure with this unit.

Pros
  • Accessories and Supplies
Cons
  • New Competitors Arrive
