Damaged package/Missing parts

Would not order again. Was missing parts and some how we got bolts in a zip lock bag. The box it came in was damaged. So a return would of been more of a headache to go and get a box that would fit the parts and then return. So i Ended up going to Home Depot to get missing parts. It was a lot easier that way.

  • The smaller hex head wrench did not quite fit the bolts so therefore I had to supply my own.

  • There r no assembly instructions included and a ton of parts. Help!

Top bar sags with one person.

Looks good and it is a good height. The reason for the 3 stars is quality, when you sit on it the top bar sags. It doesn't look like it will hold up for very long. The top bar is not solid, it is two pieces that are screwed together in the center which is the reason for sagging. We didn't test it with 3 people or anywhere near the maximum weight limit, used one person weighing about 180. Hope it holds up longer than I think it will. This is why I don't like ordering things online without trying

Forgot a specific screw

They didn't pack a specific screw to hold the frame up.love spending two hours trying to find the hardware. Also was over a week late. Another Chinese company. instructions suck too.

It’s small on my review.

It’s small. We picked this swing mostly because of the cup holders and to replace our old swing. I’m 5’9” and I have to duck below the awning to get into the swing which is also low to the ground. Check the specs before purchasing.

price is worth it, a bit uncomfortable to sit on but if you add some pillows you will be fine! so far it still making its trick, No weird noises and its been sitting outside for a while now, its is second summer at home.

Beautiful blue swing with canopy

We lost our beautiful oak trees during Hurricane Ian, so we needed shade for our yard. This swing is perfect for our backyard. The canopy offers shade and the swing is very comfortable. The seats easily dry out after a rain, so we can use all the time. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

small but sturdy enough

This swing is compact and lightweight. Initially I was disappointed as two average sized adults can't really sit and swing together without feeling unsteady, also it gets blown down easily with strong wind. However, it works great for my teens. And being lightweight, it is easy to move around. Surprisingly it held up quite well after a few flips by the wind. Now that we keep the shade flat instead of tilted it has held up well. We will see how it goes with strong wind.So far it worked out well…

Uncomfortable in my review

Swing is uncomfortable in seating area. When sitting down your behind is sitting on end bar if you want to sit down upright. You have to sit down slouched in order to not be sitting on bar.

Looks nice once it is all put together

Not easy to assemble as the directions were by picture only. There were multiple sizes of screws/bolts and no instruction as to which ones were to be used where. There also were not enough of them and we had to improvise. Once together, it is very nice.

Cheap Isn't Always Good

This product was far below what I thought it would be. I had one from Lowe's that lasted 7 years, then the canopy dry rotted. This one looked just like it in the picture. But you get what you pay for. I canceled the order before it was shipped but the company claimed they did not get the cancellation in time. Water sits at the top so you need to tilt it if you expect rain.

I was hoping that the fabric would just let water roll off, but the top just lets water sit more which makes it more possible to have it sag more. Tilt it if you expect rain.Outside of this, the swing was made very well.

The metal pieces in the seat are a little uncomfortable. We did not use the canopy as the swing is on a covered patio. May have to shop for a seat cushion to make it a little more comfortable. The swing is pretty and we do like the quality of products used.

One is not like the other

I got this as gift for my mom. She was very excited and couldn't wait to swing with her grand babies. It was easy to assemble but when we got down to the last step, disappoint hit! We could not put on the canopy due to the melted screw. I couldn't find a way to contact the company to get a replacement screw. I searched relentlessly to find contact info for the company and was unsuccessful. Mother's day 2022 👎

A good swing for the money

I was able to assemble this swing by myself in about 2 hours using my own wrenches to speed things up. The instructions were excellent. Very easy to follow. It’s pretty sturdy but I can see it blowing over in a storm, so keep that in mind. It comes with some nice cup holders. Overall we are pleased with this swing, it’s not top notch but good for the amount paid.

Follow-up review (three months after purchase): I was contacted once again by the seller apparently because they did not like my previous review.
