🌬️ AISIN FCT-003 Cooling Fan Clutch for Engines Review

This fan clutch prevented my overheating situation on my truck, the opposite of most people's problem. I originally replaced the silicone in the old clutch but it still didn't work properly so I went with this original Aisin clutch. I have noticed that my engine temperature rises during the first leg of my commute, but this is perfectly normal on the drive home so there may still be air in the system. This part is affordable and way better than cheap replacement parts.

I bought this part because my 1991 DLX 4WD pickup used to yell very loudly all the time. Eventually I found out that the fan clutch seemed to be stuck so the fan was always spinning at full speed. The noise was loud even at idle. The casting on this part was not as good as the OEM (Original) part, but it looked identical to the Original Equipment part. Perfect fit for my 1987 Toyota 22RE. Exactly the same as the factory AISIN which I removed. Now the fan makes MUCH less noise, I should have done that a long time ago. Why pay more at the dealer for the same part? I know others have messed around with buying silicone oil and rebuilding their old fan clutch, but at this price point it's just not worth the hassle.
