The blade of this item was so dull that it ripped my hair out of my face instead of cutting it, resulting in it resulted in months of trimming my beard. It's also very, very noisy. Don't buy if you are not ready for it.

This model is LOUD and doesn't cut very well. I have a wonderful Andis T Edger that costs twice as much and has a battery that has run out of charge after 2 wonderful years of hard use at the hair salon. I'm back and I'll spend money on a better one again.

The trimmers have a huge gap that cannot be reset and are generally very dull. The motor is weaker than the 4 year old trimmer (not lithium) which should be replaced! The closeup photo is a bit blurry but you get the idea. The seller refused to take them back even though they were unused! Stay away from the product and Chelsea Beauty.

3 or 5 day protection can be used however I am disappointed with use as without protection it does not close and sharpen like others such as when you put the liner lay out, next time it will be bad to spend more for better quality
