There are a few things I buy from The Body Shop on a regular basis and this is one of them. I've been using this for about 4 years. This eye makeup remover is very effective and very gentle. Does not sting the eyes and removes makeup easily. I don't wear a lot of makeup (eyeliner, some eye shadow and mascara) and I don't use waterproof mascara. I also love that it's not tested on animals, which is a must for me when shopping for makeup.

This is not the product I usually buy from Body Shop - it has a different smell and I'm afraid to put it in my eyes. I still have a travel size eye makeup remover and what I bought is NOT the same. ATTENTION - returns are not allowed. DO NOT BUY

I wish I had bought this. He didn't take off my mascara. I also think it may have been opened because the seal wasn't on it. I have to be careful when it says no returns.

My favorite eye make-up remover since I was a child. I've tried others and nothing compares. I just add a pump to the bottle and it takes a lot longer. Or you can just put it in a bottle of acetone. Press once or twice on a cotton cloth and you're good to go.

This is an excellent eye makeup remover that I have been using as a makeup artist for myself and my clients for years. It never burns. Also washes off lipstick. Highly recommended.

Do not buy this item. This is not a real product. It did little more than water, smelled weird, and wasn't comforting at all. Buy from the Body Shop official website instead. I also got free help there and feel better knowing I am getting their genuine product. I asked Revain for my money as this product is also non-refundable. I wish I could say this is the first time I've burned myself buying Revain beauty products. I won't do it again.

I have vision problems which means I've tried a lot. This is a makeup remover that I keep coming back to. I use it with a soft cloth, it only takes a little while to remove my eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara. If I water too much I just use it on the rest of my face instead of the same brand cream (luxury oil) which I also absolutely love. This is the worst eye makeup remover I've ever bought. As others have said, little more than water did it, even after leaving a cotton pad on my eye for over 20 seconds. My mascara was still on me (I used Maybelline) and the shadows hadn't completely disappeared. The worst part was that it gave me a burning sensation!
