My addiction to sweet tea was getting expensive so I thought it would be better to invest in some gadgets. I love that I can put my sugar right in the basket along with the insert. I have a great time blending different types of tea.

So thin that I was even afraid to use it, returned it before use. Designed for left-handers due to construction. The felt is processed very, very cheaply. When closing the top, the whole thing tips forward and I was afraid that it would tip over completely. There is no handle to remove the lid on the jug, just a hole in the top. Not recommended at all

Bought for my Mr. It works great and I love that it has a double filter basket so if the bag ruptures there are no pebbles get into your tea. It was far worse than my more expensive iced tea kettles. Southern sweet tea: add water to fill line

The on/off switch never worked. I would have to plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. After less than 10 uses it just stopped working. Despite the beauty, the quality is just terrible. I wanted to return it but because it was so cheap it would have cost me the same for postage and packaging as it did when I bought it. So I drove away in the car, but I kept the mug. Pitcher works great lol

That makes good tea. Bought after the pitcher broke on my Lipton kettle. Supper is easy to use, just add your favorite tea to the water and press the start button. I think you can either use loose tea or use tea bags like I did. I really like the flavor strength slider on the front as I prefer lighter drinks. I don't use ice in a pitcher, I pour tea into glass pitchers and put them in the fridge. I drink about a gallon of tea a day so this teapot is just the right size.

just used it for the first time and am very happy with it. I washed the carafe, filter and filter basket with soap and water before use and did not notice any plastic smell. I was concerned that there was no 'Pause and Serve' function as it wasn't listed in the description, but there is. So you can pour a cup of coffee while it is brewing. Brew fairly quickly and hot. I have looked everywhere for a WHITE 4 or 5 cup coffee maker but they are hard to find. I have "Mr. Coffee" but it was difficult
