Great stand on poles and stands

I love this stand, I use it a lot for indoor photography, the only thing I don't like about it is where it moves up and down. It doesn't hold up very well and you have to tighten the knob to keep it from moving.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

There can be no price!

Honestly you get what you pay for except it really beats the dollar. A few shots and it works like new. Does the job for a fraction of the price. I will not hesitate to buy another one if I need another!

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Do not buy! for lighting

Unusable. Not stable at all. I was constantly worried that he would fall and he did (even with the extra weight on his back to try to balance it). Broke after a month of use and now I have no money. Very bad product. Pay a little more and get what's safe to use

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Only available in black

A piece of junk! on Lighting & Studio

I can't believe Revain even sells this junk. It's supposed to be a lightweight tripod, it doesn't even support a microphone. I have probably 20 different light stands, some better than others, but this is literally the biggest junk I've ever bought. Don't buy this junk, you will return it!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • It's ok

Save money and invest in something better

This is not professional equipment. Broke after 3 uses. It's too light for any sort of mid-to-pro level lighting gear, and it'll tip over unless you balance your light stand's ratio with a sandbag attached to the end of the mount. Save your money and invest in something better.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Little things

Good price for a mid-weight stand

I love having a portable, lightweight stand with an optional extension arm. It's a good size and weight to take with you when needed. I had to make a few changes to improve functionality. The pivot point is slightly out of line with good mechanics to lock the angle of the arrow. The stop pin portion requires it to push against and compress the outer casting to lock the boom in place. This puts a lot of pressure on the casting itself when it is compressed enough to lock the cantilever arm in…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Empty

I have a lot of Manfrotto racks and I'm just used to this quality and durability. This "Conxtrue" stand is made fairly cheaply. I can't imagine using it every day. I have no doubt that it will fall apart over time. Luckily, I probably won't be using it too much. My biggest gripe is the curved pivot plate, which adjusts the angle of the boom once it's extended. The cocking lever cannot be tightened enough to hold the weight on the boom end and hold the boom at the desired angle. The pivot plate…

Arrow stuck

The height of the stand is large. It also seems quite durable. However, after the second use of the dart, I noticed that the hand didn't move easily after I let go of the handle to close the dart. As you can see in the picture, when tightening the lever that locks the boom, the hex nut sinks too far into space (usually it sinks deeper than shown in the picture). Thus, even when you let go of the lever, the pressure on the arrow is not released. I have to remove the lever (I have the picture of…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
