The old version was a little better

The new rules are very competitive if that's how you want to play. In my opinion, the old rules were softer and more comfortable. HOWEVER the tiles are so thin that you can see through the back of the tiles what letters are written on them and there is no pocket to pull the tiles out of. You could just put them in a box and pull them out. I knit a bag to keep it in and it fit the box perfectly.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Almost never

The quality could be better

I don't like the print quality on the tiles. Some letters are crooked. For the price, I think they could have included a durable tile storage bag instead of a flimsy plastic bag. The hourglass timer is very cheap. A simple timer that you can set would be preferable so that you can better customize the length of time based on players' abilities. A calculator would also be good for math problems to add up points.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • old

Poorly designed and poorly thought out

If you like puns, this isn't for you. It's not like other good puns, it's just an excuse to put cheap plastic in a box to give away and then throw it away to the recipient after one use. Save your money and dumps. The game isn't without its issues, but the quirky design and scoring make what can be a bit fun just annoying. There are better games: Bannagrams, Quiddler, Upwords, etc.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Fun fast word game

This is a fun fast word game for 2-4 players. You are given game pieces from which you have to form 5 words in one minute. You create a 2-letter, 3-letter, 4-letter, 5-letter, and 6-letter code. If you can't use the originally drawn tiles before the timer runs out, swap tiles with a stack in the middle until you can use them all. The first person to finish their words says "Dabble" to end the round, or if no one finishes the round ends with a 1 minute timer. You add points to tiles. It's very…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not sure

more people against time as a multiplayer game

This game is more people against time and then score than I thought. Each player takes 20 tiles and tries to form five words - each one of 2-6 letters. You have two minutes. The remaining tiles with letters can be drawn as often as you like. Yes, there are dots in the letters, like Scrabble, and you play against your opponent's dots, but the game itself is an individual affair. It was kind of entertainment for a while, but pretty quickly I lost that joy to myself. My mother says she will play…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Funny game but there are some physical flaws

Bought to play in the classroom in the middle of third grade. This is a fun, simple game. Excellent as a center. Not perfect because the tiles on the back are translucent. So when kids are choosing tiles, they can cheat if they want to, but younger kids aren't as smart. The bad part are the tile coasters. They have a plastic piece that slides on the back. However, once it's in, there's no getting out, meaning they'll never go back to the box. Another strange thing is the box. The cover is very…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance

Fun game though. Best in Tile Games

I love word games. The concept of this game made me buy it. The performance of this game made me give this honest review. Gaming chips: Gaming chips are very cheap. Stands are very difficult to assemble and disassemble. The part that fits into the platform to make it vertical seems to be too big for the slot. Unfortunately, you can't use a record platform without a stand, and you can't store a platform in a game box with the stand attached. I'll try to polish it for convenience, I hope it…

Pros
  • Stylish and Modern Design
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled
