The child loves it. He can't play with him alone yet (5m) but he loves spinning the spinners when I put him aside and watch me play. He chews it when he picks it up but when I let him play alone he gets too excited and slaps his face haha. I can see him toying with it for years just for the fear aspect. I find myself playing with it when I pick it up. Very good toy, I recommend! Not sure about the long term quality, I've found that spinners don't spin as well on the track anymore. But I like it

I bought this for my 1.5 year old son who has developmental problems. He's terrified of going to meetings and has to go to quite a lot of them. I bought this in hopes that he might use it as some sort of "baby spinner". I was dying to get a big spinner with big gears but since it's a bit out of my price range I decided to give it a try first. I think it's a great toy. It is very well made, but my son hardly looks at it. What is the fault of the toy. I really think he might want a bigger one…
