I KNOW liquid glass isn't like this

This. the product has replaced the tried and tested FLรœSSIGGLAS. That's a far cry from the brilliance and radiance that LG gave us. He wants to stay sticky and not chip off after using an electric buffer. Doesn't even look the same, a sickly green look compared to the sunscreen LG had. I wasted (but learned) and will not buy this product again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Very comparable to liquid glass for paint and mirrors, but not for windows!

I've been using liquid glass for many years and can't buy it anywhere else so I needed a new polish to replace it. Finish First works just as well as LG on color but I wouldn't recommend anyone using it on glass! Mirror yes, window NO! It leaves streaks but I was able to clean them a few times and they were fine again. Overall I like the smoothness, deep shine and ease of application.

  • 1 year trial

Excellent product for maintaining appearance

liquid glass was the best product of its kind; a bit expensive; he usually hides behind the counter at an auto parts store. Easy to apply and easy to wipe off; lasting high gloss. Simply the best. Yesterday I tried the Finish First successor on my 2007 Miata and found a worthy Liquid Glass successor. The old lady is sparkling again! I'm not sure if there is a significant difference between Liquid Glass and Finish First, which is very good. Quality product at a fair price.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

You don't need liquid glass.

I have been using liquid glass for many years. Was surprised when trying to reorder to find I could buy one of the last remaining tins or a Hope Diamond. Reluctantly gave Finish First a chance! Which liquid glass? This material resembles and smells like liquid glass. I've used probably 8-10 cans over the years and can't tell it apart from Finish First. And you don't have to remove the water glass to apply Finish First. Maybe not better, but almost the same, and that's enough.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Secret

Paint looks like new

For over 25 years I have only used "liquid glass" car polish with excellent results. My cars have always received comments from friends and car dealers commenting that the paint looks like new after years of normal use. When I ordered a few cans online a few weeks ago, I found that a product called Finish First is the successor to my favorite brand and offers the same exceptional protection and look for my car's paintwork. The name is different but the quality of the ingredients is the same!

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

Showroom New - Water Glass Compatibility

Put a coat of Water Glass on my SL550 and wanted to put another coat, it wasn't enough. I have returned to Revain, liquid glass is no longer available, I call the mfg but the number does not work.ugg. After reading a few Revain reviews I decided to give Liquid Tech a try. The glass looks the same, color and smell too. Apply the product to the Liquid Glass coating. Goes thicker, comes off right and gives amazing 3D depth which I've always enjoyed applying multiple coats of waterglass. If you are

Nothing special for the price

Like other similar products, it works, but it's overpriced. By the way, I rarely give less than 5 stars. On the day I bought his product, I bought three products for my cars. They all played more or less the same and none of them was special. I am 72 years old and know my way around car polishes. I used Astroshield for over 40 years before adapting it to new environmental demands. I used an ethanol-like chemical that spread quickly and seeped through the paint jets (so it seemed). • High marks for support and durability from testers

  • Requires an outlet

Liquid glass is back!

I have always polished my collector and everyday cars with water glass to keep them looking new. I am an experienced liquid glass user with 25 years of experience. Now, if you contact the makers of this product, they will swear up and down that this product is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT water glass reformulated to meet California specifications. However, it comes in the same packaging, just upgraded slightly (cooler font and newer Corvette.) And they changed the name from Liquid Glass toโ€ฆ
