Easy to use and works great

Used after my new car was covered in mud which I believe was at the dealer for months. The finish was covered with small swirl marks caused by a bad car wash at the dealer. The polish is easy to apply and just as quick to remove. Like all Meguiar products, it was easy to use without worrying about any issues. Highly recommended.

Mequiar's is the Good Stuff

I've heard Meguiar's is good, but I've always used turtle wax and other brands. I'm glad I tried Meguiar's as the quality is clearly good. Easy and happy ending. My my car (10 years old but mostly in the garage, I needed a second coat. I know I could have used a more aggressive polish but I wanted more control over the results and I'm glad I used that ).

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Not impressed with car polishes and waxes

I'm not a professional, but I had a very hard time uninstalling this product. I've tried different things (buffing less hard, buffing more, etc.) and it was difficult to remove. It was like I waxed the truck a month ago and left it in the sun. I switched to the regular turtle wax I had on hand and no more problems. Maybe it was me, but I've used several compounds/polishes and this is the only one I've had trouble with. Otherwise it seemed to work very well with good results. But I won't buy…

CAUTION, may be COUNTERFEIT

I believe this product is counterfeit. The item on the left is what I ordered and the item on the right is a genuine Meguiar item. If you look to the bottom right you will see that the warning label that you find on all of their products is missing. This product is also available in 16 fl oz. There are many other differences as well. I bought a real paste from Autozone and it worked great, but when I tried to use a polish bought on Amazon it didn't work at all, it just smeared. I do not…

Fine, Fine Super Shine

I would suggest using this polish on a very small area at a time. You don't want polishes or compounds to dry out and when they do dry out they are very difficult to remove. I work in sections about 2ft by 2ft. Apply a small amount to the applicator and rub into the color in overlapping strokes, then quickly wipe off. Turn the towel over and give it a light buff at the end. This leads to incredible results. It didn't seem to affect the vinyl or rubber too much. I love the fact that it doesn't…

Jet black and gloss

Used with DA and pads I bought from Revain. It's been 3 weeks and the 2016 black Civic looks better than it did when I bought it brand new from inventory. The black is deep and super glossy. First I toned the car with the Meguiar kit to remove dirt and grime. It took about 4 hours to polish, but I took my time and climbed into every crevice. I've even used this on the outer plastic parts and after a couple of weeks they're looking great. I highly recommend getting the Meguiar yellow microfiber…

Much cheaper than buying in the store!

Purchased to be used as a finishing polish to repair 5000 scratches on car paint. What can I say? It works! I needed to fix a deep key scratch that some idiot thought would be great to bang the key in my car. I wish they put the key in a place on the car where the panel could be replaced, but they left a big scratch from the key on the passenger side rear panel. After watching the ChrisFix video on YouTube I bought some sandpaper, bought DupliColor all in one paint and clear coat and got this…

The Ultimate line is the ace in my book

Nice cool 66 degree Texas day. We spent about 6 hours fully detailing our 2010 Kia Optima LX. Rinsing, then finishing paste, final polishing, sealing and polishing and waxing. I've been using Meguiar's for 3 decades and their perfect line along with their mirror glaze does the trick. This polish is applied like liquid wax. Just make some circular passes which are very easy to apply and you should polish them quickly, or do like I did and use an orbital buffer or DA if you know how. For this…

Does not remove scratches but deepens colors and adds shine after mixing.

I have used both this product and Meguire's compound on 3 different vehicles. In my opinion, this product is very soft, does not remove scratches. To do this, use a slightly stronger Meguiers Ultimate Compound and then use this buffing product to bring out the shine and richness of the colour. If you use a DA polisher it's reliable, you don't need to be experienced and it's difficult to damage the paint, but watch a few youtube videos first to see what's going on. Finally, I believe these are…
