Works great in noisy environments

My wife and I use Midland radios on the farm. We are both hard of hearing, especially in noisy environments. These headphones work great for us when she's using the mower and I'm driving the tractor. We can both hear each other clearly and communicate effectively.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

Still pretty good for CB and talkback radios

Just received today and tested a little. Fits well. The good thing is that the boom flexes to adjust. The "downside" is that for voice-activated mode, you have to "eat" the microphone before it recognizes your voice. Maybe it's more a feature of the LT118 radios? We will see how they behave in the wind when we ride our bikes.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled

Conclusion: don't buy this!

CORRECT RATING: Unpaid and real user. Paid $9.75 for it; The product is not worth 4€. The headphone design is just terrible! You couldn't hold this thing to your ear and the mic would move away from your face like you had a mustache. For this to work you need to attach the microphone arm to your face. The earphone is not very clear and the microphone picks up a lot of noise. If it works as intended I would give 5 starts. Conclusion: don't buy this!

perfect replacement for

Last year on the hunt I decided to step on my earbud and break it into 20 pieces. I bought some cheap models off ebay and they fell apart while playing airsoft. I figured I'd go back to the original source and get something straight out of the Midland. Here's what I think: Pros: - identical to the original headset that came with the radio - loud - headphones fit perfectly - microphone transmits well - good amount of cable Cons: - price - PTT button seems a bit cheap Overall that is what I…

They work but are very cheap

I have used these walkie talkies when hunting pigeons and boar. I have four of these because there are a lot of trees in the area where I dived and my friends and I are spread out. We use them to tell each other which direction the pigeons are flying so we're ready to shoot since you don't have much time before they fly behind various groups of trees. noisy. I don't know if it's headphones or a radio, but you have to speak loud enough for it to work in a hands-free configuration. So they didn't

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good (and cheap) for hunting, but has disadvantages.

For years when I went deer hunting with my hunting camp people would tell me how deer hear someone yelling on the radio and get scared before they can shoot. Therefore, people should turn it off when a deer approaches. This sometimes caused people to miss important hunting details, and even my father scolded me for having to go into the woods to see if I could see well. Now that my dad and I bought our new Midland radios, each of them came with one of these headsets. I found a good middle…
