Used them to lower my 2010 Grand Marquis

Springs as advertised. I bought these to downgrade my 2010 Grand Marquis/Crown Vic. A common rear end replacement for these 2003 and later vehicles is to lower the rear end a few inches.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Volume

Great ride on my Lehman 71.

Previously when I had a 200 lb person on the passenger side my car would sag. That's great. No sag. I can fit 4 people in the car without worrying about my 315 rubbing the back.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Upgrade available

They fit my '06 Crown Vic

They fit my '06 Ford Crown Victoria PI and lower the rear about 2 inches. Recommended by the Crown Vic forum. It rides like stick but now you're down. Cannot tell any difference in ride quality. Happy with them. @touge_p71

  • Certified

Not installed. But I mm

I did not install them, I reinstalled the air springs on my 2005 Grand Marquis Ultimate LS. Lowered the front two inches, but instead of those coils lowering it two full inches, I used my own air springs. I can customize them. Didn't want to get stuck with two full inches of camber. Yes I know I'm a genius. Rschunimagu

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • The list is long.

Perfect ground clearance

Hotchkis drops 1 inch on all four corners. The rear sits a little low and the sill is parallel to the ground. Wanted a small rake and they did the job. Same lbs/in2 as the Hotckis, but instead of linear compression they're set at stock levels and get stiffer as you lean in. Gave the car a rpslight rake which I prefer.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about this, everything is fine

Have a good trip, minimal lift with an empty trunk.

Installed in the rear of a 1969 Buick GS with the 455 installed. So far it drives pretty smooth with an empty trunk, just the driver and a full tank. I imagine with a spare tire, tool kit, spare parts and a few passengers things will be even smoother. These springs were previously used in the 69 GTO and were happy with it. Fits the front of the Moog 5400 and upgrades the poly bushings along with the Moog ball joints and tie rods.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Replacement Availability
