I'm worried it wouldn't match my robe as it has some carving but it fits and closes well. Several stockings full of goodies are hanging safely. I like its minimalist look.

It was ok. They worked because I wanted them, which meant hanging Christmas stockings over the fireplace. The included strap was a nice touch. I just had to hold them up a bit so the retainers actually stayed in place, which I think worked as none of the stockings fell off.

Fits on our mantel but had to stick command adhesive squares on it when fitting it on the mantel or they kept falling off when one of the kids grabbed her stocking. It was simply the shape of our robe, not the product. Still worked great! And pretty!

You are cute and you look great! The problem is that the sticky things that come with them to hold them in place don't work. It doesn't matter on my piano because they end up just resting on the piano (see picture), but if you have a real cape I'm not sure that will happen. I would suggest using the best tape for this purpose.

These were the ABSOLUTE BEST suspenders I've ever bought - bought two sets (12) and they were perfect! I've tried many different types over the past 35 years - previously the command stripes were the best but they didn't work with our new robe in the new house. This is my BEST purchase this holiday season! All stockings were packed to the brim, even the heaviest, and absolutely did NOT damage the dress. I highly recommend!

This was the best purchase I've had in a long time. I have struggled with stockings hanging from my brick fireplace for many years. I decided to buy them and was pleasantly surprised at how well they work. I couldn't be happier with the way they look and how they perform. The stockings are full and heavy and still go without problems. My robes are 2 1/4 inches wide and they fit snugly and don't move. I am very happy!

Package arrived in a plastic bag with paper hooks. It works. We have a 2" stone mantle bar that this slides onto. It was somewhat fun to open and slide, and the first one I kinda pressed left some edge lines in stone. When decorating my mantel for Christmas I want the focus to be on the mantel decoration and my custom stocking set. I prefer the garter to blend in with the jewelry and it needs to be durable!
