When decorating my mantel for Christmas I want the focus to be on the mantel decoration and my custom stocking set. I prefer the garter to blend in with the jewelry and it needs to be durable! So many decorative garters don't really secure the stocking when the stocking is full. These clips are exactly what I need! WARNING: Do not use non-slip adhesive pads as shown in the photos here! It won't work at all. A non-slip adhesive pad should be placed on the BOTTOM of the clip (the part that touches the mantel) and also on the rounded bend that touches the bottom of the mantel for added security.)
