You need to upgrade the double-sided tape that comes with the product. I added double sided velcro and a shackle, it works as it should.

So the Wyze come v3 is waterproof but the power supply is not. So I had to use tape to seal and/or protect the PSU so I could use it outside. If you are buying this for a room then this is a very good product.

I like this mount in general and its flexibility in positioning. The only problem is how I want it to fit snugly in the socket. There is an adhesive pad to help it stick to the socket cover more firmly, but I wish it used a different method.

I bought this so I could plug my Wyze V3 Cam into an outlet in our house. The product is easy to install and the bracket offers more flexibility to get the height and angle you want. I installed this on a horizontal outlet and had no problem adjusting the camera to get the perfect view. This is a simple mount that does its job well.

I'm interested in the usefulness of this device. Most wall outlets are below the knee, with the exception of places like the kitchen, bathroom, and garage where they are well below your neck. These positions are not an ideal advantage. I decided to try this item to place in an outside outlet under my garage canopy. Unfortunately, I've found that the mount's pivot arm doesn't rotate enough to point the camera up when the outlet is horizontal to the floor. The item has been returned.
