It's just rubbish. for controller

The first one ordered didn't work at all and the replacement didn't fit either. Both controllers simply won't turn on after being plugged in. This product is just rubbish, don't waste your time, spend more money and buy a better controller somewhere else.

Pros
  • Not only usable for the intended purpose
Cons
  • Neutral

One thing that is good is 3

This is my third controller I have bought from PDP. And they're not far behind the originals. I've had an afterglow before and it seems tighter, tighter. One thing that's good is 3.5mm, so you can use basically any headphone. Plus a command in the dapad that allows you to change the volume, change the volume of the game or chat. Again, you have complete volume control with any phone connected to your controller.

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Repair

Don't buy if you plan to use the headphone jack.

I only bought this for the headset jack, I didn't use any buttons or anything. I always kept it on my shelf where it couldn't get damaged and used a decent party chat cable. Well after a month he decided to make strange noises that made it impossible to use him with party chat, even the other end of the party couldn't stand the noises. I've also tried different micro USB cables and tried all the USB ports on the Xbox to see if that was the problem and that didn't solve it at all. He thinks he…

Broken analog sticks

When I got my first controller I ran diagnostics on the PDP app and it showed the right stick was not centered. I thought maybe this is wrong so I tested it with several games. You can look and stop looking in any direction and he will keep looking in that direction. Ordered a replacement, same problem. I no longer waste time on this company's products and neither should you. I will get a refund and will go elsewhere. I ordered one of their Aftershock controllers a while back and am having…

Pros
  • Can be configured using the PDP Control Hub app
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Breaks quickly and there is no good customer support.

Worked for about 3 weeks. Then the left joystick started jerking as if it was stuck on the far left. Tried several times to follow the manufacturer's instructions to recalibrate the controller. This will fix it for a few days and then back to normal. After months the controller finally said no and stopped working. It gets power, but my computer no longer recognizes the controller. I checked my drivers and even checked with another controller that worked with no issues. Not a very good…

Pros
  • Detachable 8ft cord included
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Great quality and great price. Take it.

- 8ft cord, long enough for me. Anything over 7 is allowed. It's not wireless, keep that in mind. You don't need a wireless controller for your PC anyway, but for xbone games I can see why you need a wireless controller. (Microsoft still can't get its wireless controllers to work well on their own PC OS. So avoid that dream for now if you're not tech savvy. It's literally plug and play on PC. Steam works immediately with it. ) - buttons work great. If you don't have it, send it back and order a

Pros
  • Officially licensed by Xbox
Cons
  • The list will be long.
