Eating Aid: Slow your greedy feeder down for better digestion and extended stable activity. Small Holes: 3cm (1.25") holes let hay out slowly and make the horse have to work harder. Less Waste: Also greatly reduces the amount of scrap on the stable floor. Reduce Boredom: Longer forage time means less opportunity for boredom and inactivity. Comes in Mini, Small, and Large.

Narrow, not very durable.

I bought 3 of these for my horses who are experienced with hay nets and suck hay out of 2 inch nets too quickly. Small nets are too narrow to be easily pulled through standard 40-45 nets. a bunch of pounds. They hold around 10-15 pounds if you're lucky or really in the mood. And the poly yarn is way too light - it's already torn in a few places. A few bucks less, Partrade's are much bigger and better. Even if you don't want to stuff 20-30 pounds of hay in a net, they are MUCH easier to fill as…

Highly recommended. on Sports

The 1 inch hole size is great for slowing down my metabolically impaired horse, but I wouldn't recommend it as a first hay net; I would start with 1 1/2" as there is a learning/frustration curve. The size is VERY large. If I were nimble enough and could figure out how to do it I would cut it in half and make two small ones, but as the safety and therefore the integrity of the net is a big concern I just buy two more big nets so my boy weighed in hay all day and ready to go.The tie cord is…

This network was amazing. I want the blue hanger strap to be caliber.

This net is amazing. I want the blue hanging strap to be a different material so it's not as slippery. I have to get creative with tying the tie in the stable. But overall it slows her down a lot, so I don't feel terrible wondering if she's in the barn without hay day or night! And he's huge! The best deal for those on a tight budget. UPDATE: My first mesh lasted a good 8-9 months before biting a hole. No big deal, I bought a new one about 2 months ago and it has already chewed through a…

Checked and approved!

I was skeptical on review as I ordered so many only to return them as it wasn't what I wanted. The first one I took out was too small and I wasn't happy. The other three were fine and I kept using the first one thinking it was stretching. I found out later that it was mislabeled, it must have been 30 inches. It frustrates me to get enough hay for my horses. Well I can say I'm surprised at how long they lasted. I have a color rescue project (1800 lbs) it's going to eat me up and at home my other

Does what it says; Not Perfect

I have a pony sized paint horse that gets fat when exposed to air so I bought this net to slow it down but still give it 24/7 use to give access to food. Overall, it does just that, but it has its downsides. My biggest complaint about this net is that it has a very strong elastic recoil. When filled with hay (holds around 7-10 pounds) the pony will eat from it with no problem. But once it's about half empty, it springs back and has to work harder to get the hay out of the holes; it simply tends
