Spectra Premium C 765 Ignition Coil Review

Coil fits control module except for plug. The one on the module is male, so they won't connect, but at least going back will be easy.

I liked the price and after reading the reviews I decided to buy it. It arrived earlier than advertised, fit perfectly and worked great from the moment it was installed. I now have a few months to do this. So far so good.

I had a neck brace driving a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and the check engine light was on. Replacing the spark plugs and ignition module did not help either. Replace ignition coil, car runs smoothly again, control lamp does not light up. Thanks for a great product. It would have been 5 stars but the 1st item was broken and the box packaging was poor but the 2nd item was a great replacement and value.

I was very worried about this purchase. I looked online how often this item should be replaced (assuming normal use) and the recommendations seem to be 60-70k miles. My mileage was about 150,000. I'm no rocket scientist, but I felt I overdid the recommendation. So I bought this for a '05 Saturn Vue 2.2L. Installation took less than 10 minutes (you may need a size 10 socket and flathead screwdriver). Coil changed too. Launched - ran like clockwork - has been working for 3 weeks with no problems.
