The manufacturer makes no guarantees.

I have three of these cameras. The first two get 5 stars, great picture quality, great night vision, great motion detection, no complaints. My third camera seemed normal at first, but then I noticed periods ranging from a few hours to half a day where it stopped working. I verified this by placing it next to another identical camera. The other camera took pictures for a long time, but this one didn't. I was past my Revain return deadline so I emailed Stealth Cam customer service but never got a

Limited detection area

I've tried all the quicksets (Q1, Q2, Q3, custom) and none of them recognize me walking more than 30ft or so in front of it, and that's during the day. Looking again at all the photos posted by other buyers as well as the photos posted by the seller, it seems that the animals are always close to the camera. Maybe in that range of 30-35 feet or so. So if you have a big garden like we do, it won't be very useful. I'm sending it back as defective as the description and box say it should work up to

Highly recommended for hunting and fishing

Bought this camera along with Browning Dark Ops, Bushnell Trophy Cam HD Max and Bushnell Trophy Cam HD. This camera is as good as my Bushnell for day use and much better than Bushnell for night use. The detection range depends on the setting, but works up to 70 feet. Bushnell's descent rate is faster, but not by much. And for some reason this camera saves files in a form that shows an image in an icon, making it easier to see the files, whereas Bushnell and Browning show a genetic icon and you…

NO goods for game & wildlife cameras

of the first one I bought is still running. Never had a problem. The second is stupid. I'm on my third transfer. The used one obviously says that it was originally owned by "FREG". I hope that works. After calling the company several times, they forced me to change the battery brand, memory card, etc. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do it as I bought it through Revain. Most of the staff I spoke to were pleasant. Some not so much, suggesting it was my fault. I will never buy…

Zero stars, don't buy!

This camera worked fine for about a month, then it didn't take any photos or videos no matter what settings were used and how much range I tested. While standing in my tree stand I saw deer walking right in front and no pictures. I went through all the troubleshooting and contacted the support team which was disappointing. They suggested I try a specific type of battery and memory cards that I already had. While this was an issue, there is no such information in the manual. If their product…

***WARNING*** READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A MEMORY CARD FOR THIS CAMERA! The product corresponds to most of the descriptions. Reliable design, workmanship, etc., but important information is not included in the manufacturer's instructions and product description. I just got off the phone with their support about an hour ago (1-26-15) because all my photos were very blurry and grainy. The first question he asked me was what kind of memory card I have. He said his camera is supported by two…

Worst camera I have ever owned

If I could give this product a zero I would. This is the worst camera I've ever had. I've had other stealth cams and a competitor. Although we live in the city we have some amazing shots of bears, coyotes, bobcats and mountain lions. I've had good experiences with stealth cams in the past so I gave this camera way more power than I should have and now it's too late to return it so now I have a very expensive paperweight. Where to start with this product disaster. First, he takes hundreds of…
