I've tried all the quicksets (Q1, Q2, Q3, custom) and none of them recognize me walking more than 30ft or so in front of it, and that's during the day. Looking again at all the photos posted by other buyers as well as the photos posted by the seller, it seems that the animals are always close to the camera. Maybe in that range of 30-35 feet or so.
