I have bought 8 different brands of steam irons for the office. Our florist team has to steam artificial flowers. I'm sorry to say that this is the worst choice. I can't tell where the waterline is as the tank is dark. The reservoir opening makes it difficult for you to refill water. The vapor is not strong at all (compared to $14.99 also from Sunbeam, this model is even weaker). It's also very noisy.

I used to like using this to smooth out wrinkles on my fiance's and my fiance's clothes, but one day I dropped it and it broke. It's not that easy when you filled it with water, but it's easy to use! I went with the option of steaming things on hangers thinking it would be easier, but when it came to aprons I just put them on the futon which was easier for me. I would buy it next time and would recommend it if you are looking for a portable clothes steamer!
