A fantastic tool for those who use effects!

This baby is exactly what the doctor ordered! I started out making custom pedalboards, am also a guitar/bass tech and have used this gauge enough to pay myself. I checked the meter's accuracy with an expensive ammeter and it turned out to be accurate! I use it often to make sure the power supplies aren't overloaded by connecting too many effects pedals. It's compact and fits in a guitar case, tech tool kit, pocket, or even under your pedalboard. An absolute "must-have" for anyone who works with

Pros
  • No more searching the web for information about your pedals that may not even be accurate. Just connect the pedal to a mA meter and see for yourself how much current it draws!
Cons
  • unfulfilled

Turn on your power supply

When you need to connect multiple pedals to a power supply with limited outlets, this is your tool. a wall wart or an extension cord going there from one of my pedals. Instead, I can connect up to 13 pedals without using that extra rear output, leaving it free for other things. By measuring the milliamps with this kid, I can double the 2 outputs for three (3) 200mA pedals since the Voodoo Labs power supply only has two (2) 200mA outputs. Alternatively, I can use splitter adapter cables to power

Pros
  • 1 SPOT mA Meter is a simple device for measuring the current consumption of your guitar pedals.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
