When I opened the box, I found that there was no packaging in the box. The knives could move freely in the box and rattle against each other. I've heard a lot of good things about 2 Cherries (2C) and at this price point of $55 for three knives, $18 for one knife, I expected them to - you know, for beginners - maybe inferior steel, maybe not the highest quality wood for the handle, but certainly not that they will dull and cannot cut linden effectively because the blade is factory beveled!
