I have practically no problems with this product! They work very well and are easy to record and re-record. My only "complaint" (and it's a VERY small one) is that I'd like the button colors to be in shades that dogs can actually tell apart. For example, green and red look the same to dogs, but they CAN distinguish different shades of blue/purple, yellow, and black/grey/white. I tried turning it upside down and using it to ask my dog to sit down and she did so I think the sound quality is good enough for both understanding and communication.
