🚗 BOSS Audio Systems P55.4C - 5.25 Inch, 300 Watt Per Pair, Full Range, 4 Way Car Speakers (Sold in Pairs) Review

These speakers sound great I bought 6.5 for the front doors and 6 by 9 for the back together crystal clear. Although made for the price you definitely have a hi-end sound. Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about, but I've never had a problem with the speakers.

The right speaker started crackling incredibly loud after a few weeks and eventually cut out completely at low to medium volume. Screwdriver pierced them and threw them in the trash. I bought a new Kicker 6.5 kit and am much happier with it.

I bought Boss Equipment for my work truck. Includes single din bluetooth stereo and 6x9 for truck doors. You are absolutely amazing! So why not get 300W speakers that fit in the back. It sounds terrible! There is no bass and at half volume they distort and spoil the whole sound! I liked all other BOSS products but they are useless. Unfortunately, one of my old speakers broke the internal wire so I'll have to live with that until I buy new ones. Sorry for the bad rating but must be true.

For 4" speakers. Work. Not the best, cutoff from mid-low to mid-high is a bit steep. Tweeters can be harsh if you have the wrong EQ. There's not much bass in there, but of course it is a damn fine 4" speaker. If you use this for mids and highs then you've found your speaker! I use this in a tower speaker setup with a 12" woofer, it works great for a shop stereo It gets 30W RMS power and shows no signs of distortion, just clean mids and highs.

Bought these for my 2004 BMW 325i and Revain said they would fit my car. They may fit the rear speakers but NOT the front lower door speakers. I had to remove the rubber cover from the magnet and cut a 1/4" section from the record stand. I also used RTV silicone glue to hold it in place, although it was solid without it and the back of the speaker down was pressed. Door. After all this work it had great highs from the tweeters but the position of the speaker reduces the bass. Good construction.

Bought specifically for tweeters and crossovers. Decided to install speakers. Set the amp up for treble for the woofers and bass for the subwoofer and they all sound very good together! The volume is a little low (this can be changed on the amp) and the sound quality isn't great, but it's a very good set. The tweeters are easily tuned to crossovers. My woofers are boss, my tweeters are boss, my amp and subwoofer are boss. I'm a huge fan! The only thing I don't like is the lack of clear…

These speakers are an absolute disappointment even for the money. I had 2 sets and in both cases a center speaker bracket for the mids and tweeters came loose or just broke and it rattles and smacks and makes a horrible annoying noise and you can't pull it out to fix it because something - it got stuck. so the repair will not work. The other speakers just broke completely and are only driven by a 100W RMS and 250W peak amplifier with a high pass filter at 400Hz. There's no way this amp is going
