Review on 🚗 BOSS Audio Systems P55.4C - 5.25 Inch, 300 Watt Per Pair, Full Range, 4 Way Car Speakers (Sold in Pairs) by Leon Johnsson

These speakers are an absolute disappointment even for the money. I had 2 sets and in both cases a center speaker bracket for the mids and tweeters came loose or just broke and it rattles and smacks and makes a horrible annoying noise and you can't pull it out to fix it because something - it got stuck. so the repair will not work. The other speakers just broke completely and are only driven by a 100W RMS and 250W peak amplifier with a high pass filter at 400Hz. There's no way this amp is going to burn out those speakers the first few times you hit them. Next set will be JBL, KIcker or Infinity, I pay extra for a quality product that will last. They sound good at medium to low volumes but be careful when you turn them up loud, mine made a crackling and car stink, that's all she wrote. I wouldn't complain if it hadn't happened twice. This isn't my amp because my old pioneers do great with it, they just wear out with age and I wanted to replace them before the paper cones started to crumble. I have no problem with Boss amps, mine works great with subwoofers but I don't recommend their speakers!
