Great value Ball Weight/Stretcher

Purchased as a Ball Weight/Stretcher. It was a lot cheaper than custom made stretchers or weights but does the same thing. The mating surfaces on this ring are in good contact with each other, the threads are aligned and accurate, the overall quality is good.

Pros
  • Black Oxide offers some resistance to corrosion
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

very well made

I was pleasantly surprised. These detachable collars are very well made and contain high quality screws. I welded some 1/8" x 1/2" flat bars to each ring to hold a small shelf on top of the treadmill. Clamps attach to the 1-1/2 inch diameter main handles on the treadmill. Now we'll see if my wife can actually use a computer keyboard and mouse while walking!

Pros
  • Only for commercial purposes. Product not intended for direct use on humans or animals
Cons
  • Very expensive

It is clearly egg shaped and will not fit a 1 1/2" shank. The longer size is exactly 1 1/2" and the short size is 1 3/8". I can see where the radius starts to change, which means they're probably pressed to shape rather than forged or cut, which means almost all probably have the same flaw to some degree. The screw slots are cut and aligned well, the
