The window support arm often has so much play from the vertical support rod that the Payne window cannot be properly aligned. There is a noticeable difference in design between the Doorman and Motorcraft.

Easy to install. works perfect. if your window is a bit out of order after installation. Simply loosen the screws holding the regulator in place and adjust as needed

It has been shown many times that the arm supporting the window has such a large internal gap in relation to the vertical support beam that the window enables not to fall properly line up. There is a noticeable difference in design between the Doorman and Motorcraft.

I just installed a power window motor and regulator for my Lincoln Town Car. Removing the part was a real challenge as Ford riveted it in place. Installing the Dorman parts was easy.
