It's not always intuitive at first so if you are new to this website be patient with figuring out everything! I love this website because not only can you search by career area, but also your skill sets! It's like finding gold in my industry of Business Development at University Libraries (you know where it is!). You do have filters so if there isn't what exactly are looking for then they allow us change them until we find something close enough or even better than our original criteria set out with their searches tools.
