I'm trying to return this item but can't. The fan just stopped working and won't turn on at all. I thought Amazon gave a one year warranty on this product?!

I love this fan as long as it moves a lot of air. I really like the matte black color. The board is just average. A very well balanced fan that can be recommended for a quality outdoor fan. It's also very smooth and quiet.

We bought three of these for our garden. They were difficult to install but they look nice once installed. I love the sleek design and the bronze finish is very nice. We had a few issues with one of the lights not sticking and the light cover coming off.

I bought three for my eyes. Overpriced, I assumed it was a quality product. Now I'm not so sure. Plastic sheets sagged and two of the three fans fell off the central "covers" from the underside of the motors. I expected more. It's too hard to remove and too expensive to put back in, so I'm stuck.

Wow this is a very nice and super powerful fan with a great remote control to control its 6 speeds. It looks so good with 8 thin blades that I bought a second one a month later. We have them in Great Rm and Mstr BR. If you already have Alexa, do yourself a favor and add a Bond device to connect them so you can voice control up to 6 fans individually.

Excellent energy efficiency, but unless you're directly under the fan or within a foot or two of the bottom blade thrust, you will You win. I don't feel the air pushing around. Too bad I didn't go for a fan with more inclined blades so more air could be moved. I like that it has six speeds. This fan is the cheapest fan I have ever bought. The motor assembly did not match the fan housing. I called support (it was a good experience) and they suggested taking the fan apart and checking the screws on the top of the case to make sure they were tight. I did this and they were, but I noticed the hull itself wasn't straight. The top of the case is pressed and indented, mine was not fully indented.
