Purchased 1 - failed to close...exchanged - still will not close.... I ended up keeping it, but don't expect the closing to work well, if at all

Got this for my friend for Valentine's Day. he likes it. After about a month of daily use it's starting to loosen up a bit, but it's still working and definitely worth buying. Thanks very much!

Not happy with the quality. One of the pins was grabbed and they tried to loosen it with a mallet of the right size. Disassembled and pretty much useless.

Very strong metal, very good weight and rotation for a bottle opener. A real bottle opener could be a bit sharper as it is sometimes difficult to grasp the edge of the bottle cap, one side works better than the other.

Nice product out of the box but after less than a day of use it started falling apart. Either it wasn't assembled properly or the parts are just cheap, either way it broke the same day I took it out of the box. I think the price was too good to be true.

I've read a few reviews saying it's pretty flimsy and I just don't see it. Seems very solid for the price and looks like I'll have it for years. It's not the slickest bottom locking mechanism, but it does the job. I agree with the reviewer who suggests that abuse or a child could easily break it under the right circumstances. Oh, and he opens bottles very well.

This balisong/bottle opener is lightweight and may need a stronger bite to open bottles, but it's still fun. If you buy this be sure to bring some Loctite as the screws come out within an hour of flipping. To be honest I appreciate the standard screws so I can tighten the bottle fly the way I want and not too tight or too loose. Fun for sure, but as I said, the balance is a little shaky, it lacks a strong bite to open the bottle and it needs a Loctite, but it costs a few bucks to enjoy.

The bottle opener is darn good, good length for opening bottles, feels quite heavy and feels like a quality product. The aesthetic/design is also very classic but quirky and the black color is a real eye-catcher.
