Review on Coinlim by Robiul Islam

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Place for everyone who wants to simply buy and sell cryptos.

Coinlim is an exchange registered in Singapore (formerly Hong Kong). It launched in April 2018 and is available in both English and Simplified Chinese. The exchange also has an OTC-function, where users can create ads and sell their shares through that exchange medium instead. The platform is available as a mobile app for investors who prefer to do cryptocurrency trading and monitoring while "going on".

Liquidity & Trading View.
It still has some distance to cover in terms of trading volume. It usually takes a while before newer exchanges receive the trading volumes they strive to receive. Different exchanges have different trading views. You should determine for yourself which trading views is best suited for you. The common denominator is that they all show an order book or at least some part of the order book, selected cryptocurrency and a price chart of the order history.

CoinLim Trading fees.
Trading fees are naturally very important. In this exchange they do not allocation between takers and makers. Each side of the transaction pays the same fee: 0.10% of the order value.

Withdrawal and Deposit Methods.
They does not charge any withdrawal fees. You only need to pay the network fee. And this exchange does not accept any other deposit method than cryptocurrencies.

Overall, I think the exchange is fairly good, I'm not saying it much better then other reputed exchange you should do research before trading.

Pros
  • Really feel extremely easy to utilize, user friendly dashboard.
  • Very easy to register on this exchange, decent amount of altcoins offered.
  • Trading interface and their website design is good.
  • Excellent customer service, especially for a cryptocurrency exchange.
  • They also allow US-investors to trade on the platform.
Cons
  • Servers on decentralized exchanges are usually spread out. This is different from the centralized exchanges that usually make their servers more dense.
  • No Fiat support, you must first buy crypto from another exchange.

This exchange is one of those that has a large volume but with the worst reputation in the market, I think it should not be among the first.
