Review on Lympo by Robiul Islam

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Monetizing Sports & Health Data Via Blockchain.

Lympos business model is very easy to copy or repeat to competitors, which i can see. If another company came up with good marketing and the right partnership, then Lympos would have to struggle harder to compete. It’s pretty much a race to the top with this model and so far Lympo are definitely in front, the question is for how long. Lympos seems very active with their community so there is no doubt the marketing team is keeping an eye on these space competitors.

It has potential vulnerabilities but it is based more on business models and actual project itself. It seems to be kicking goals right now so as long as they keep the momentum going and stay ahead of the pack, they should do well.

    Pros
    • It takes a excellent idea of health & fitness. Tokens are probably a gift for being to the gym on time, reaching milestones, the list goes on. Considering the demographic of health & fitness is extremely large, there is no shortage of an audience here.
    • It has some really nice branding. It leaves a lasting impression to anybody who visits their website or sees their logos.
    • Here is the great team of the board. Marius Silenskis AnyIdeas - Founder of IT and Creative Advertising Agency. Work with IT project manager like Mercedes-Benz, Newsec and GCubeclients with 5+ year-of-year digital project management experience. Key fields of expertise: IT team management, exceptional taste and modern design understanding, advanced programming skills in different languages. Ada Jonuse was an advisor to ETHLend, a decentralized loan platform, blockchain event speaker and organizer, who was known as the European Technology Star, raised by partners in the Financial Times, Google and other New Europe 100 list. Previous experience: VC Labas Ventures (Seattle, USA), European Parliament, United Nations.
    • Well-detailed roadmap, an ecosystem that rewards all parties involved and a very strong marketing team on board. Lympo gets a strong rating from myself.
    Cons
    • Main concern for the platform is the simple need for adoption. Wearables and other fitness monitors are already in the hands of people so it really needs partnerships/integrations with these companies to make sure the technology gets to the owners of these devices.
