These are NOT the bulbs you need. I ordered a batch of 6 bulbs in August 2016 and installed them in a non-dimmable fixture (although they are dimmable). After the first bulb went out after a few months, I asked about their warranty. They agreed to change the bulb if I sent them the old one; but after the postage and my time running to the post office, I decided to just pay the cost. These 40W equivalents do not appear to be compatible with the Lutron DVCL-153P-WH dimmer in my configuration. I bought one of the six packs to try in our master bathroom where we have two 4-lights. I only filled one of them and they dim beautifully, no noticeable hum like Ecosmart bulbs and dim fully to a barely noticeable glow. Loved the look of our fixture down where you can see the bulb.
