It's not a gimmick, they work really well

I've known them for years. I've seen others use them, and although they were a gimmick. I finally tried them after reading a trustworthy online review. They work really well. Especially on outside corners that need time for the glue to set. I'll try them with blue glue to speed up the process. Not a big learning curve. The kit includes pliers and 4 spring clips. For larger works I/you need more than 4 springs. And yes I would buy again. TIP: Use a $1 hardware store carabiner to secure all…

Pros
  • Testers give high marks for support and durability
Cons

The game changes for me.

I've been dealing with miters for a long time, tried out a few different clips, gizmos and came across it on YouTube and got busy with it. You changed the rules of the game for me. I make small hardwood boxes and want my bevels to be perfect. This is a game changer for me on day one. They are easy to work with, very strong and not rough so any evidence is easily sanded down. The tool is good and works great, the free carabiner is designed to hold all the clips and is handy. This product was…

Great tool - no more corner tension pins

I wish I had discovered this absolutely clever corner tensioner a few years ago. This would save me a lot of time shaping the crown and gluing beveled corners in all woodworking scenarios. It's so simple, it's just awesome. Of course, when shaping the crown you don't just have to focus on the miter joint and closing any gaps, but additionally having a few curves in the profile cut of the crown, since the thing only has two very small contact points, you can attach it to any curved crown surface

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • A few little things

Finally a simple and elegant picture framing solution!

Finally a picture frame clamp that works, hallelujah! I bought pony clips, adjustable clips, ratchet clips, Dewalt and Irwin clips and none of them worked well on picture frames. Well, this one did. Finally. YOU MUST GET THE PLIERS SO TRY TO BUY THEM TOGETHER. The spring is so difficult to loosen (it has to be to work) that without hands, like a lumberjack or climber, you'll be searching your entire garage for something to rip it apart. I used my own Knipex pliers but this was a workaround that

Ideal for gluing beveled corners

Love this staple set! I've tried for years to join beveled corners with wood glue, tape, or nails. The tape never held the pieces together tight enough, and nailing before the wood was dry always resulted in the two pieces shifting and failing. These feather clips are perfect! They fasten the corners firmly and securely. Wood glue hardens perfectly, the seam is nice and tight. Then I sew the pieces together without shifting or moving. The only downside is that the clamps have to cut into the…

Pros
  • Sharp point pierces through wood without cutting through wood fibers compared to a corner cut
Cons
  • Expensive

As an additional set of hands for perfect mitres!

I've used them to attach bevels to wings and baseboards. I worked alone and this allowed me to hold the corners while I nailed the boards. Traditional clamps do not work 90 degrees. I also liked that you can orient the clamp to work around a low ceiling where the surface is flush with a wall or floor. The only downside, and I can't think of a better alternative (that's why I didn't remove the sprockets), is that the yokes have sharp ends and dig in to hold on. This leaves tiny holes in the wood

Pros
  • Angle Clamps range from 0 to about 2 inches. No need to carry around a bunch of different sizes
Cons
  • Slightly torn
