🚧 Command Pet Pressure Gate: Secure and Versatile, 29.5" H/29-32 W, White (PG5100) Review

I bought two of these gates plus a 5" extension kit. It took a little time to put together as I do more talking than drawing, but both gates work great and the dogs have adapted. I recommend this product.

Works. I can't ask for much more. I had to cut it and cover it with a layer of wire mesh because my 5 month old Pekingese could crush through it, but it was easy to tie up and cover up any sharp edges. Fits snug and I've had it for two months with no problems. For the price it was also the best option in my opinion.

This gate keeps my dog in his room and I have the choice to close the door or not. I usually open the door to air it out. I have another taller gate from the same company that I use to keep my feral cats out of my bedroom at night. The wild cats are 7 years old and in excellent condition. The male jumped over it once and then decided it would be easier to cry at the gate to wake me up than jump over it. Because he's taller, I can't close my bedroom door, but I don't mind. I like both exits.

We received this gate in December for our new 4 month old Havana puppy who weighs 10.3lbs. Both times it failed as it didn't fully engage and lock. Both times I came home to the puppy who disappeared into my house for several hours. I am very disappointed with the 30 day return policy as it is clearly defective and I did not use it once during the 30 day period. I would like to exchange it for a new door that is free of defects.

Fairly easy to assemble and install. A little awkward to open and close. I just resort to not using a lock and just using the bottom stop to prevent it from opening. You have to lift it to open it, and it's a saving grace. acceptable price. Well done and hopefully will give me many years of enjoyment. I have measured the doorway and it is the widest, although the doorway is in the middle of the range they state. So keep that in mind. I'm not too happy with the price as I was hoping to find a…
