NEVER BUY THIS

This book has horrible instructions! I sat down and tried to work with him for about two hours. I never managed to get it to work. Some instructions are missing and there are pictures of each step but you can't see what they are doing in the picture. My daughter was very upset that she couldn't learn to knit from this book. NEVER BUY THIS!

Great clear photos and step by step instructions for me as an adult

I think this book is excellent. I bought it at a hardware store after looking through it. I don't know if kids can use it without adult help, but I find it much more useful than most adult knitting books. I like that it is illustrated with photos instead of drawings. And trying to write simply for teenagers made it easier for me to study as an adult. I was able to successfully complete many of the projects in this book without outside help.

Pros
  • Crafts and Hobbies
Cons
  • Expensive
